The DoCCFS are seeking applications to the post of
FINANCE, GOVERNANCE AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER
(PART-TIME - FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 2 YEARS)
_The Daughters of Charity Child and Family Service (DoCCFS) is a not
for profit public service organisation. We provide a range of
therapeutic supportive services to children and families, based in the
greater Dublin region. The Service works in collaboration with TUSLA
Child and Family Agency local areas in Dublin North and North City,
East and Dublin Mid Leinster._
_Our Services include an Early Childhood Development Service (ECDS),
Family Centre Service, Dublin Safer Families Service and Assessment
Services._
The successful candidate will have proven and demonstrable experience
managing Finance, Governance and Compliance initiatives within an
organisation of a similar size. In addition, a comprehensive
understanding of working in an organisation that provides services to
at-risk children and families and the legislative, compliance and
policy contexts that underpin these services is essential.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL
* have at least three years? experience in a financial management
role.
* Excellent knowledge of current best practice and reporting
requirements in finance, governance and compliance
* Be a qualified accountant or a university degree in business,
finance and/or governance.
* Have audit practice experience.
